Purchasing a home is a very stressful event, especially when coupled with other life events such as having a baby, switching jobs, or losing a loved one. I am a counselor and I understand how stressful events can affect people differently. I graduated with my Masters degree in Community Mental Health Counseling in 2012, and will become a Licensed Professional Counselor soon.
Don't go it alone. I grew up around new construction; my father was building houses before I was born. My husband and I have been building since 2006; and I have two brothers that are in the new construction business. Prior to selling the homes, I was actually framing, tiling, paining, installing trim and hardware, and cleaning the houses that someone else was selling for us. I am very familiar with new construction and I can help you understand the process and get through it more easily.
If you are working with a real estate agent already, please speak with them, they should be able to answer many of your questions whether the inquiry is about availability, pricing or something else. If you are not currently working with someone, feel free to contact me directly, I would love to work with you. Agents, please see the MLS for pricing, disclosures, and any additional subdivision info; contact me if more info is needed.
